Gluten-Free Diet for Fibromyalgia
In 2010 I completely changed my diet, eliminating all gluten, dairy, whey, and eggs. This had a profound effect on my symptoms, eliminating Fibro flares and decreasing all of my symptoms to a manageable level, so that I could once again live a normal life.
