Natural Pain Relief with Noxicare

Noxicare Pain Relief System

I've come a long way in the last 6 years. Six years ago when I tried things to help my Fibro symptoms I was still looking for a magic pill. I wasn't interested in natural help. I'd try things but I was in so much pain and fatigue that I never really gave them a full shot. If it didn't help instantly … [Read more...]

HFactor hydrogen-rich water

I'd never heard of Hydrogen-rich water, I just thought water was water. I've seen alkalized water in my health-food store and even bought it once. But, then I never really drank it because pouring water out of a heavy gallon container is just a lot more difficult than refilling my bottle … [Read more...]

The Flare Survival Kit

What's inside my fibro flare survival kit? (image of med kits) Counting My Spoons

Flares are rare for me, these days, and usually when they occur they don't last more than a day. I believe that has a lot to do with learning to accept the flares when they come, and give them room. When I'm in a flare, I don't leave my PJs, I don't shower and I don't work. I do, however, rest, … [Read more...]
