It’s a 3 juice kind of day

Last Updated: February 7, 2013

Purple People Eater Juice, Get Well Juice, Green JuiceYesterday was my first physical therapy appointment. 9 Tips for Beginner Juicers

Last Updated: January 22, 2013

With a new year upon us many of my friends are trying out new diet regimes. I've had several tell me that they either bought a new juicer or want to buy one as part of their health goals this year. We have a local bar that we like to check out on occasion that mixes everything by hand (all fresh ingredients, no mixes, etc) and we'd been out to dinner. I wanted desert but I didn't want a … [Read more...]

Two juice recipes

Last Updated: February 26, 2012

I've been dealing with a nasty cluster headache this week. When the pain is bad all I can do is move around to try to distract myself from it. When the pain passes I'm typically just wiped out and feel pretty much like I'm dealing with Fibro. This week has been pretty much like dealing with Fibro. … [Read more...]

As I posted in my last update, I missed a couple of days juicing last week while I was out of town. After the second day I found a brush to clean my juicer and got back on the wagon and what a difference it made!Immediately after having the "Immune Fruit Juice" I was feeling much better.
