Fibromyalgia and Exercise
How exercise has improved the symptoms of Fibromyalgia, for me. I have found that light exercise on a daily basis, just a little walking, yoga, or tai chi, or some form of movement makes a big difference. My favorite form of movement is 20 minutes of Just Dance on the Wii.
