Review: HFactor hydrogen-rich water

Last Updated: April 29, 2016

Welcome! It looks like you might be new here, so I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little about me and my blog. My name is Julie Ryan and I live with Fibromyalgia. I've chosen to live positively, to fight back with diet and lifestyle changes and it's made a huge difference for me. The difference between living all my days in bed, and actually LIVING. I hope you'll keep reading and subscribe to my Newsletter to make sure you don't miss a post. Thanks for visiting!

*BTW, just a heads up that the post below may have affiliate links (some of my posts do).

Welcome back! I'm so glad that you are here again. If you've not already, be sure to subscribe to my Newsletter and I'll update you each time I post (and occasionally I'll send you something special).

Just a heads up that the post below may have affiliate links.

I’d never heard of Hydrogen-rich water, I just thought water was water. I’ve seen alkalized water in my health-food store and even bought it once. But, then I never really drank it because pouring water out of a heavy gallon container is just a lot more difficult than refilling my bottle from the fridge.

*This is a sponsored post. I was provided the product in exchange for an honest review. All opinions remain my own and I was in no way influenced by the company.

HFactor hydrogen-rich waterOf course, my thoughts changed when I was contacted by Gail Levy of HFactor Water. She offered to send me a few samples of HFactor to try and see if it made me feel any better. The claims she provided were pretty strong, and she was even nice enough to send along some medical studies. It’s like she already knew me (and how much I love reading medical studies).

So, I said yes. Why not. If it did nothing I’d move on and no loss, if it helped, I’d shout it to the world. So, Gail sent me a six pack of HFactor. She said I should drink two a day, a few hours apart.

Since I’ve started Chronic Illness Bloggers I’ve been swamped. I thought I was busy with school, but I forgot what it’s like to start a new business. It’s draining. And, starting a new business with Fibro is exhausting and draining. By the weekend I’m usually pretty worn out.

The water arrived on a Thursday and I was already starting to feel drained. I drank two a day for three days and I couldn’t really see a benefit. After talking with Gail she offered to send me a 12 pack so that I could try it at the beginning of the week and see if helped me avoid feeling drained by the weekend.

It did! Actually, I didn’t even remember to drink two a day, but the week that I did drink the HFactor regularly I could tell a difference. And, by the weekend I was doing pretty good. We even went out of town and I didn’t come home feeling like I needed a vacation.

I notice that when I drink the water I feel a bit heady. It’s a hard feeling to explain but it is almost like my brain feels clearer. Just this morning I was about to make some coffee to see if it would help clear my head and focus better. Instead, I grabbed the last HFactor that was in my fridge and drank it. It was like I went from completely unfocused and chasing squirrels every time my phone or laptop made a noise, to actually being able to sit down and write out two articles uninterrupted. The ability to focus is a huge benefit in itself, especially when you are dealing with Fibro Fog.

And, this is kind of out there, but I think it’s also helping my sex drive.

So, yeah I’d recommend giving it a try. You can order it on Amazon. It’s $18 for a 6 pack (3 day supply).
