I’m a big fan of Turmeric for pain relief. Thanks to some ulcers a few years back I can no longer take NSAID pain relievers (Advil, Aleve), and sadly the pain I have often doesn’t respond to other pain medications. The problems I’ve had in my shoulder are a great example. We still have no idea what said problem is, but I do know that it has responded best to taking Tumeric daily. I take it by way of a product called Curcumin. It has worked wonderfully for the last year and a half. So, when HealthPerch sent me this infographic I thought it was great and really wanted to share it. I know some of my UK / Indian friends make a Turmeric tea that I’ve yet to try but want to. Hopefully, one of them will reply with the recipe. I hope you enjoy this infographic and find it helpful.

Thanh you. I will give it a try. I also can’t take NSAIDS and pain pills really don’t work for me. I would like to try something organic.

This is definitely that. It’s worked well for me. I wish it worked on headaches the way NSAIDs do, but it does at least work on body pain for me.
