Diet and Nutrition for Fibromyalgia
Diet and nutrition has become and integral part of my life. I've learned that controlling what I eat and put in my body has a direct effect on how I feel. I've found starting each day with a fresh green juice increases my energy and decreases fatigue. While cutting out gluten has greatly decreased my chronic pain, basically eliminating Fibromyalgia flares. Avoiding other grains and dairy has also helped decrease many of my symptoms.
