Gluten-Free Diet for Fibromyalgia
In 2010 I completely changed my diet, eliminating all gluten, dairy, whey, and eggs. This had a profound effect on my symptoms, eliminating Fibro flares and decreasing all of my symptoms to a manageable level, so that I could once again live a normal life. I am not pain-free, but the difference is night and day.
In the last 4 days I've gained 5lbs and the only thing I can really attribute it to is grains.
