I wish I could totally get off my Fibro drugs, but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. Sometimes I wonder if I’d never gotten on them at all if I’d still need them now. I’ve tried almost everything on this list (if not everything). I’ve tried so many things I can’t even remember what I’ve tried. I think that using several of them in conjuction really is the way to go. I’m still a regular at my chiropractor and I still get acupuncture when I’m there. I still take quite a few supplements and I drink tons of water. I rarely get massage, but it’s nice when I can. And, as you know, I believe the diet change has been the biggest benefit of all.
